Jen is happily married to her college sweetheart, Scott, and they have 3 children together: Audrey (10), Grant (8), and Reid (6). Jen studied clinical social work in college and earned her MSW from Michigan State University where she practiced as an outpatient mental health therapist for a few years before staying home to raise her children.

She’s passionate about holistic health, especially nutrition and mental health, and loves to encourage others in their wellness journey. She spent several years working as a Health Coach while writing recipes and healthy living articles for her website and related blogs. When she’s not spending time with her family she enjoys cooking, working out, hiking, and reading.

She feels blessed to work part-time at Restore where she gets to educate and encourage kids and families about chiropractic care and other natural living tips through patient appointments, weekly emails, and social media.
