We hope you’ve had a fantastic summer and made some memories to last a lifetime!! With fall right around the corner, we’re excited to share some fun activities, learning opportunities, and ways to give back you won’t want to miss! Plus, we’re giving away some awesome some prizes 🥳 and have a fun video of Dr. Kyle and Rachel’s kids demonstrating a brain-based, healthy bedtime routine!

Dinner With The Docs

You’re invited to join the doctors and staff of Restore Chiropractic for a night of education, Q&A, and a delicious dinner.

The evening will include a complimentary meal and teaching on the following:

  • Essentials to healing from the inside-out

  • Neurologically-based chiropractic care (our specialty)

  • How to improve your ability to adapt to and recover from stress and your environment

You will also get to hear from some of our practice members on how chiropractic care has changed their lives and have the opportunity to ask our doctors any questions.

This event is ideal for new patients or current practice members bringing a friend, family member, or co-worker (not under care) who wants to learn more about natural healing and a chiropractic lifestyle. RSVP required. Space is limited.

Perfect Storm Workshop

Please join Dr. Kyle for a FREE eye-opening, practical workshop about ADHD, anxiety, sensory processing disorder, and spectrum health concerns.

Who should attend:

  • Parents concerned about their child's development, mood, focus, sleep, eating, overall wellness, or performance at school.

  • Parents who have a child with a diagnosis like ASD, ADHD, and SPD.

  • Family members who help care for those children.

At this workshop you will learn:

  • How to better understand what these children are experiencing.

  • Why they are experiencing what they’re experiencing.

  • How natural, drug-free, neurologically based care can help these children thrive.

When: Tuesday, October 11th
Time: 6:30 pm - 8 pm

Emerge Mother’s Academy Drive + Raffle

Restore's fall drive will be supporting Emerge Mother's Academy (EMA). EMA exists to help single mothers find employment, improve their mental health, build a positive support network, and create financial stability to help them thrive.

Currently, EMA is serving more single moms than ever (27% more moms compared to this time last year) - and they need our help! To ensure EMA can serve EVERY single mom that comes through their doors, they’re in need of diapers and monetary donations as they run on a lean budget.

🎁To show our appreciation for those who participate in the drive we're giving away some awesome prizes! (See details below)

When: Drive runs from August 29th - September 29th.

How to Help: Drop of packages of diapers (any size) at Restore or give a monetary donation at the front desk. Restore will match all monetary donations at 100%.

Ways to Enter the Raffle🎫:

  • 1 ticket - for every $10 donated

  • 2 tickets - for a donation of Diapers

  • 3 tickets - for every $25 donated

  • 4 tickets - for a Guest at our Dinner with the Docs

  • 5 tickets - for referring a New Patient to Restore

Raffle Prizes Include:

  • $100 to MiniSota Play Café or Sky Zone

  • $50 to Brick and Bourbon, $25 to Nautical Bowls, and $25 to Kingdom Coffee

  • 2 tickets to the MN Wild Game (Oct. 15th)

Do you Know What a Neurologically Healthy Bedtime Routine Looks Like?

With the school year fast approaching (and some kids already in the swing of it!), you may be wishing you had a better night time routine for your kids to be happy and healthy (and for you to get some much need down time). 😉

Watch this video to see the bedtime routine for Dr. Kyle and Rachel’s kids (ages 7, 9, and 11) that supports children’s brain functioning and overall health. Help your kids wake up well-rested and ready to do their best in school!
